My Coaching Credentials

HomeAbout Metta SolutionsMy Coaching Credentials

International Coach Federation (ICF) is the premier internationally recognized certifying body for professional coaches. I am a member in good standing with ICF, and I hold the ICF credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). As an ICF member and a PCC, I subscribe to the ICF definition of coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics and participate in ongoing continuing education.

I am a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only organization created to facilitate exchange of ideas and resources about professional coaching. This organization allows for professional networking and helps me provide best-in-class resources for my clients.

I serve as a coach for Delta Leadership, Inc., based in Chapel Hill, N.C. I have been trained to use their 360-degree assessment instrument, the Six Domains Leadership Survey.  The Six Domains Leadership Model is an integrative approach based on sound scientific research and addressing the full range of leadership activities. This is a skills-based approach to leadership training that focuses on developing the personal strengths of each leader, rather than trying to force people into a single leadership template. Read more about how I use this and other tools.
